We understand that chinchillas have very special needs - from temperature control, plenty of space to explore, dust baths and specialist diets.

That's why we've designed dedicated luxury accommodation tailored exclusively for them, ensuring they stay safe, happy and stress free during their stay with us!

OUR CHINCHILLA SUITE INCLUDE:

- Spacious, multi level secure enclosure with platforms and ledges for climbing and jumping

- A temperature controlled environment to keep your chinchilla cool and comfortable

- Daily dust baths with high quality chinchilla dust to support coat health

- Premium diet and foraging - including hay, specialist chinchilla pellets and delicious dried forage

- Enrichment and toys rotated regularly to keep curious mind busy

- Peaceful surroundings away from the main boarding, providing a calm, low stress space

EXPERT CARE

With years of experience caring for small animals, we know how important routine and gentle handling are for chinchillas. Each guest is cared for with the same love and attention a our own animals, with health monitoring included as standard.

UPDATES FOR PEACE OF MIND

While you're away, you'll receive regular photo and video updates so you can see your chinchilla is settling in and enjoying their stay.

Our chinchilla boarding is limited to one suite therefore we recommend booking early, especially during holiday seasons.

Our pricing is all inclusive so everything your pet needs during their boarding stay with us is included in the price you see.

That includes:

Pellets
- Burgess Excel for rabbits-
- Science Selective for guinea pigs, hamsters & chinchillas

Unlimited hay
- a blend of locally sourced hay with the top selling hay brands such as 'Haybox', 'Nibble & Gnaw' and 'The Little Hay Company'
Foraging mixed with the hay
- a super tasty mix from Bunny Bistro UK, of dried leaves, flowers, herbs, veg & fruit, sprinkled over their hay
Seasonal herbs & vegetables for dinner
- typically parsley, coriander, romaine lettuce, curly kale & baby gem.
Healthy, high fibre treats
- hay based treats such as Burgess Excel Nature Snacks, Apple wood, Selective Naturals garden sticks, forage bars & Fibafirst sticks.
